Former MP of the Democratic Party Agron Shehaj said Premier Edi Rama is using the concentration of attention on the political crisis in Albania to steal Rama €200 million.
Shehaj wrote today the Prime Minister has given recently two concessions for the roads Orikum-Dukat and Milot-Balldre, segments that will cost million of Euros, out of which 200 million will end in Rama’s pockets.
“The last two concessions are a massive extortion of €200 million. The road Orikum-Dukat, 16 kilometers long, will be reconstructed, but with a single lane and it will cost close to €70 million. The real cost is not more than €1 million per kilometer, so nearly 50 million will be stolen. The road Milot-Balldre, 17 kilometers long, will have a scandalous cost of €256 million”, Shehaj wrote on his Facebook page.
“As explained quite clearly by journalist Klodian Tomorri, €146 million will be stolen and there is no doubt whose pockets they will go to. Rama’s government is making a massacre on the public properties and budget. Every passing day with Rama in power cost Albania millions of Euros”.
