Former Premier Sali Berisha appealed to the people of Vlora to arrest the Prime Minister Edi Rama. A protest rally is taking place in Tirana today, while Rama is having at the same time his own rally in Vlora.

Speaking to the media reporters in the opposition rally, Berisha said Rama should be arrested in Vlora because he is shaming the Square of the Flag in the city.

“He is acting just like (last communist president) Ramiz Aliaj in 1991, but he failed”, Berisha said.
