Former Democratic Party MP Grida Duma responded to Tirana Mayor Erion Veliaj’s declaration that he would sue her for defamation. Earlier, Duma had called on SPAK to investigate Veliaj for implication with the Italian mafia, based on the interceptions of the Italian anti-mafia authorities.

“Rama’s puppet has been caught head over heels”, Duma wrote in response to Veliaj’s declaration that he would sue her.

“No instrument can stop me, and the Democratic Party, to fight for the truth. No one will stop us to say the truth and give Albanians a government that cares for them on April 25.
