Albanian Premier Edi Rama is showing no sign of reflection despite the opening of membership negotiations with the European Union is in jeopardy, and he continues to find culprits anywhere but in his governance.

Addressing to the Albanian parliament today, Rama attacked the Dutch parliament, referring to the yesterday debates of the Dutch MPs that highlighted the galloping corruption and the crime’s infiltration in the Albanian government. Rama called the Dutch MPs discussions as “propaganda for domestic policy”.

“The yesterday’s debate in the Parliament of The Netherlands was a possibility to understand how untrue and unjust is the whole propaganda that aims to link the domestic political battle in Albania to certain countries such as The Netherlands. We saw how the whole Albania’s issue was treated like a domestic political issue of that country. All the speeches were addressed to the Dutch electorate”, Rama said.
