Albanian Premier Edi Rama tried to sell the inauguration of the hospital of Elbasan as an important achievement of his government, but it is only a fraud.
Tipped by a citizen, former Premier Sali Berisha writes the hospital has been inaugurated in 2013 by his minister of Health, Dr. Halim Kosova.
“It’s the same hospital, the same building that was inaugurated by Dr. Halim Kosova in 2013. The citizens know it is not a new hospital and not a cent has been invested for its reconstruction, as Rama and his minister of Health Manastirliu lied. Only a Magnetic Resonance Equipment has been bought so far. Rama speculates and presents it as inauguration”.
