Albanian Premier Edi Rama was hit with an egg today as soon as he took the floor in the parliamentary session.

It was almost a miss as the Democratic Party MP Endri Hasa approached the platform and threw the egg in the direction of Rama, hitting only the Premier’s tie.

SYRI.net has learnt what Hasa said to Rama in the moment he threw the egg at him. “This is for the students”, the Democrat MP said, referring to the students of the public universities that have been protesting for two weeks now.
