Vice chairman of the Democratic Party (PD) Edi Paloka said after the meeting with the Federica Mogherini that problems should be solved not hidden.
“We asked from the European Commission to be more observing and transparent in the future”, Paloka told media reporters.
“There are cases like that of (former Interior Minister) Tahiri which has been passed as a peripheral issue, we asked for solution of problems instead of hiding the problems, which is what’s better for Albania”.
“Today, we have 11 innocent citizens in prison. Their release would be a first step from the government. This was one of our requests to Mogherini”.
