LSI deputy Monika Kryemadhi hinted today the general elections of June 18 could be postponed. Kryemadhi implied the elections cannot take place if the Democratic Party decides to boycott them.

“I wish the elections will not be postponed”, Kryemadhi told the “Vila 24” show in News 24 TV. Asked what she meant by that and if it would be a real possibility, she answered: “It’s not normal. If the opposition does not take part in the elections, there is no democracy”.

“The minister must apply policies in function of the people”, Ilir Meta’s wife said, adding: “One can be the Prime Minister and still be the most hated one. We are the only country in Europe where the GDP increases in an elections situation. The opposite happens in the whole world”.
