The Democratic Party (PD) has listed the broken promises of Albanian Premier Edi Rama during his 22-year political career.

“Edi Rama’s 22-year political career is full of broken promises, hidden behind propaganda”, said Democrat vice chairman Edmond Spaho, publishing a video with Rama’s promises.

“Edi Rama did not keep the promise for free healthcare.

Edi Rama did not keep the promise for 300 thousand new jobs.

Edi Rama lied and did not keep the promise to lower the taxes for 97% of the citizens.

Edi Rama lied and did not keep the promise to lower the electric power price for the citizens and businesses.

Edi Rama lied and did not keep the promise for the highest budget of the latest 30 years for the education.

Edi Rama lied and did not keep the promise for subventions for the farmers.

The list of Edi Rama’s broken promises is very long. The citizens experience on their backs the bad governance built on lies. Every time he’s caught with his hands in the citizens’ pockets, Edi Rama lies even more. In the case of the incinerators’ corruptive affair, Ed Rama was caught in the act embezzling €400 million and promised to step down from his post. But, as anyone knows, it’s 22 years that Edi Rama does not keep any of his promises and only lies”, Spaho said.
