The Democratic Party (PD) declared today the Albanian Central Electoral Commission (KQZ) continues to serve Edi Rama’s government with its subordination to the Presidential Decree for the local elections on October 13. In a media release, PD said that “the only act with constitutional power related to the elections is the President’s Decree for the conduct of elections on October 13. It is an unavoidable obligation for KQZ and the other state institutions to prepare the relevant infrastructure”.
“KQZ’ refusal to comply with the Constitution reaffirms that Edi Rama controls it and every other institution unlawfully”.
“PD warns the servants and kamikazes in KQZ that soon they will be held responsible for their criminal acts that violate the Constitution and the country’s laws”.
