Advocate Spartak Ngjela wasn’t a part of Premier Edi Rama’s plans for the ministers, regardless his advocacy to the Socialists for the Judiciary Reform.

After the names of the cabinet became public, Ngjela has launched a number of accusations agains the Prime Minister, putting him in the same trench with Basha and Berisha, against the Judiciary Reform.

According to Ngjela, “the Americans proposed to Rama (the names of) four Albanians that graduated in the United States, all above 40, who work in prestigious US institutions, but he refused to make them parts of his government”.

“It is understandable this comes as a consequence of the secret agreement Rama-Basha, which, in its core, aims to block the anti-corruption Reform”, Ngjela writes in his Facebook page.
