The candidate of the Democratic Party Fitim Zekthi, sixth in the list of the county of Elbasan, said he didn’t get even the votes of Democrat commissioners in Lisaj, one of the villages of the county. He accused the Party for Justice, Integrity and Unity (PDIU) for buying votes, the same as the Socialist Party and the Socialist Movement for Integration (LSI).

“It’s impossible that PDIU, which offers no program, comes out as the second force in the county of Elbasan. They function like a party with their people in every polling place. They do not campaign. They just stay there and want 100 votes for every polling place. In the meantime, they target people. On Friday night they pay the money. Not only PDIU, LSI and PS also did it”, Zekthi said.

“There is a village named Lisaj there. It has no roads; there was a terrible wrath against the government. I won six votes there, not even the votes of the Democrat commissioners”.
