Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani appealed to the ally nations today to help in stopping Serbia’s destabilizing actions in the north of the country, also calling for the implementation of the agreements reached in Brussels.

In her address in the European leaders’ summit in Moldova, Osmani said it is important to meet and explain what is currently happening in northern Kosovo.

“Serbia has served as Russia’s satellite. I am here to request the support of our partners in fighting these tendencies and to prevent their influences. Vučić is interested to destabilize through the criminal gangs, such a thing should not be allowed”, said Osmani.

She told media reporters that the criminal groups are terrorizing citizens in the north.

“It is important to request from Serbia to stop its destabilizing acts and the criminal gangs. These groups are blacklisted by the United States and United Kingdom. They are terrorizing the citizens every day. We need our allies’ help to be more focused on fighting these groups, but they take orders from Vučić. The pressure must be on Belgrade to stop the violence”, she said.

Osmani added she has not planned to meet with Serbian President Vučić but insists in the implementation of the reached agreements.
