Albanian State Election Commissioner Ilirjan Celibashi presented to the parliament the Report of work activity of the Central Electoral Commission (KQZ) for the year 2020.

Celibashi said 38 candidates of the political subjects refused to deliver the Decriminalization Form for the local elections of June 30, 2019.

The State Commissioner also reported for the last parliamentary elections of April 25, saying there are 5,000 Albanian citizens abroad that could not cast their votes. Celibashi explained this is the number of the citizens that have declared their residence abroad.
