Albanian Premier Edi Rama said today he is not the right person to intermediate between Kosovo and Serbia and help them overcome their differences, as he would side with Kosovo to protects its interests.

Rama made his declaration in Paris, where he met French President Emanuel Macron. He added Kosovo and Serbia must find a way to continue the dialogue.

"I am not the right person to mediate between Kosovo and Serbia, I am a party and as a party I necessarily defend the interests of Albania and Kosovo together and this is a process where it is up to the leaders in Kosovo to advance the dialogue the way they think reasonable.

Of course, with all my support and that of the government today and tomorrow in Tirana, of course at certain moments we may have different approaches to how to reach the goal, but the goal is absolutely the same and I am a party", declared Rama.
