Former Albanian President Sali Berisha congratulated new US President Joe Biden after he entered officially the White House today.

Berisha wrote Biden is a great friend of Albania and Kosovo, and he has had a huge influence in all the most important decisions US has taken for the Albanians’ freedom.

“In the meetings and short conversations I’ve had with then vice president Biden years ago I had the occasion to hear from his mouth the warmest words and peculiar expression ever said from a statesman for Albanians and Albania”, Berisha wrote.

“I’d like to invite you, dear friends, to wish President Joe Biden great successes as the leader of the United States and the free world for the next four years”.
