Secretary General of the Democratic Party (PD) Gazmend Bardhi has published the decision of the parliamentary commission of laws, speaking about the ban of the pre-electoral coalitions.

Bardhi said Premier Edi Rama lies every time he opens his mouth, because he is terrified by the thought of losing the election and his power.

“Every time he opens his mouth, Edi Rama lies for the real intention of changing the Constitution urgently and unilaterally”, Bardhi said.

“This dirty game is showing out his horror of elections and losing power… With (Speaker) Gramoz Ruçi’s signature, it is written black on white that the goal of changing the Constitution unilaterally is the ban of the pre-electoral coalitions. No lie of Edi Rama can cover the truth”.
