Albanian President Ilir Meta has sent another request to the Central Electoral Commission (KQZ) requiring information on the procedures that were followed for the mandates of the new Members of the Parliament.

In the letter addressed to KQZ chairman Klement Zguri, President Meta requires additional data on the official practise administered by KQZ for the announcement of the vacancies in the Parliament following the premature end of the mandates of the opposition MPs who relinquished their posts in Febrary in efforts to make Rama declare snap elections.

Earlier this month, Meta sent another letter to KQZ requesting the exact number of the Members of the Parliament, which must have 140 deputues.
