Secretary for the Public Relations in the Democratic Party, Jola Hysaj, has reported the Central Electoral Commission (KQZ) for not allowing the electoral posters of the opposition candidate for the municipality of Durrës, Igli Cara.

The mayoral candidate Cara represents the coalition Together We Win and his electoral posters were not allowed in the façade of a commercial center in Durrës. Hysaj said KQZ removed the only propagandistic material of the opposition mayoral candidate Igli Cara that does not constitute any offense but remains silent for the posters of incumbent mayor Emiriana Sako that have flooded the city.

Hysaj appealed to OSCE/ODIHR, reminding that the electoral campaign is taking place under unequal conditions and there are efforts to treat the candidates of the coalition Together We Win not in accordance to the Electoral Code.
