Former Foreign Minister and peace negotiator for Kosovo Edita Tahiri reacted after the incident in Tirana, where a map that included Kosovo within Serbia was shown in an important activity where Albanian Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku was present.

Tahiri wrote the relativization made by Albanian Premier Edi Rama was even more scandalous.

“Make-believe patriots found another job today by dealing with a map of the presentation of the Spanish giant Melia Group in a convent of tourism, where Kosovo was missing! It’s a known fact that that’s how Spain has the region’s map, but nothing bad came to the nation from showing that map for just a minute”, Rama said earlier.

“A scandalous map right in the middle of Tirana and an even more scandalous is its relativization from the Prime Minister of Albania! When will national senses of Rama’s Government and its officials will become sharper?”, Tahiri is quoted by the Kosovo edition of Syri.net.
