Freedom Party Chairman Ilir Meta had a meeting with the Democratic Party Secretary General Flamur Noka at the Democratic Party headquarters in Tirana today. The meeting focused on the upcoming local elections of May 14 and the alliance of the two biggest opposition parties.

The Democrat chairman Sali Berisha missed the meeting and will miss his weekly press conference too due to flu.

After leaving the Democrat headquarters, former President Meta made no comments for the media reporters, saying only 2023 “is the year of change”.
