For the first time ever, Democratic Party Chairman Sali Berisha could not stop his tears in public when with a trembling sad voice he read his goodbyes to his late friend and associate.

“I want to express my deepest gratitude to your family and everyone that did their best to avoid your departure. May you rest in peace…”, Berisha said, with tears interrupting his speech. “Rest in peace my dear friend and may God’s peace and mercy be with you!”
