Former Albanian Premier Sali Berisha voted today for the new chair of the unit number 2 of the Tirana branch of the Democratic Party. Speaking to media reporters, Bersiah said today the Democrats are signing the end of the chaircracy in the Democratic Party.

“This is a historic achievement, unprecedented in the Albanian history. This is the most democratic process and will stay forever in the foundations of the newly refounded Democratic Party as a powerful conservative force”, said Berisha.

“All the Democrats with their votes are signing today the real Albanian opposition and this is a good omen not only for the Democratic Party but for the whole Albanian society. Only a real opposition can stand in front of a narco-state and a dictatorship based on drugs and ideology”.
