Albanian President Ilir Meta said a dark scenario for the division of Kosovo existed and no one knows what could have happened if he wasn’t against the idea. Speaking to Syri TV host Çim Peka on Çim Peka Live, Meta added the scenario still exists.

“My interest has always been the stability of the country, and avoiding chaos and bloodshed. Do not forget: one of the darkest scenarios has been played in the recent years and is not over yet, for the borders redrawing. I am very proud for being the President of Albania. If Ilir Meta wasn’t President and another one favoring the idea was instead of him, no one knows what could have happened”, Meta said.
