Chairman of the Democratic Party National Council Edi Paloka has proposed negotiation between factions within the party. Paloka has in his office the forms for the convocation of the Democrat National Assembly, signed by 4200 delegates that responded to former Chairman Sali Berisha’s call for the Assembly after Chairman Lulzim Basha refused to do so. Paloka has proposed to both sides to choose a representative and verify the forms in his office to cast away any shadow of suspicion.

“I think this is a reasonable proposal for the suspicion shadows between the parties. Let them come, take the forms and verify them”, Paloka said.

“This is the way to close this history. If it is proved that 4200 Assembly delegates have signed for the convocation of the Assembly, neither the chairman nor any other person matters”.
