Former Albanian Premier Sali Berisha has expressed his full support for the massive protests of farmers in Lushnja. The farmers rallied in protest against Edi Rama’s government that has decided to remove the VAT refunding for them.

“The brave and courageous farmers of Lushnja marched in protest in the city against the narko-government that deprived them of the VAT refunding”, Berisha wrote on his Facebook page.

“Full support for the farmers’ legitimate demands and severe punishment for the narko-government”.
