Former Albanian Premier Sali Berisha reacted after Premier Edi Rama appeared in a picture holding in his hand holding an umbrella with the logo FarmaNet, the pharmaceutical company that has won almost all the public contracts of the Ministry of Health.
According to Berisha, this happens when one sells themselves from their heels to the pockets.
“Edi Rama went to an official meeting in Serbia holding for publicity an umbrella with the logo of FarmaNet, the pharmaceutical company of Sokol Topçiu, known as the medicaments’ oligarchs that has wreaked havoc with the health procurements along with the Lady Thief”, Berisha wrote, referring as Lady Thief to Minister of Health Ogerta Manastriliu.
“This happens when they have bought you pockets over heels. What a shame!”
