Chairman if the Democratic Party Lulzim Basha continued to count Premier Edi Rama’s failures in eight years.

32 days prior to the parliamentary elections of April 25, Basha says Albania is the last in the region concerning terms of benefiting from community funds provided by the European Union.

This has come as e result of the government having entrusted the development infrastructure to Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), which according to Basha has a higher cost.

“32 days until April 25. 100 failures of Edi Rama in 8 years. Which country in the region has benefited the least from EU connectivity grants? The answer s Albania, which instead of competing for community funds, has entrusted the development of infrastructure to PPPs, which have a higher cost”, Basha wrote.
