The Democratic Party (PD) has published new evidence of the corruption of the vetting process in the justice system in Albania. PD has made public the old files of former prosecutor Ardian Dvorani which was considered as clean and fit for the job by the vetting organs that reconfirmed him.
According to PD, Dvorani was the prosecutor that charged with terrorist acts the citizens of Shkodra that overthrew the bust of communist dictator Enver Hoxha in 1990. The Democrats say this fact alone would be enough to leave Dvorani out of the justice system.
“Ardian Dvorani was the prosecutor who, one day after the foundation of the first opposition party after 45 years under dictatorship, charged with terrorism acts and requested a sentence of 15 years in prison for the Shkodrans that tore down Enver Hoxha’s bust. On December 13th, 1990, with the zeal of a Party’s servant, Dvorani accused of terrorism against the people’s power the innocent Shkodra citizens that only wanted democracy”, Democrat MP Izmira Ulqinaku said in a statement today.

Ai i perket asaj pjese te nomenklatures se larte komuniste ( mamaja e tij ka qene zevendes- ministre e shendetesise ) qe kishin ne dore gjithshka dhe realizonin cdo deshire. Nuk e kuptoj se si eshte lejuar Dvorani te ishte anetar i gjykates se larte, te pakten ne vitet kur ishte ne pushtet PD? Pse nuk u demaskua atehere si prokurori famekeq i viteve te fundit te diktatures komuniste?
ONM duhet ti drejtohet Komisionerit Publik per ta apeluar vendimin e KPK si per rastin Dvorani , si per rastin Zaganjori.Ashtu sikurse beri ne rastin Dedja.Ndikimet e klases politike per ti pas ne strukturat qe do ngrihen, nje shumice te caktuar ( te cilesuar) per vendimarrje , eshte e pritshme.Nuk ka rendesi per ta se kush eshte, nga vjen, cfare perfaqeson?.Por mjafton qe ti degjoje, ti mbroj,apo mos ti denoncoj.Ndaj kjo kategori gjyqtaresh dhe prokuroresh duhet te trajtohet njelloj. Per te njejtin kriter qe ke vendos nuk ka pse te aplikohen qendrime te ndryshme.Qendrimi i klases politike eshte i paragjykuar edhe ne kete rast.Komisionin e kordinimit per mbikqyrjen parlamenta nuk e ngriti ngaqe jane ne nje mendje, per ta fut R.D ne kolaps dhe te fajsojne nderkombetaret.Me mire 15 magjistratet e rinj brenda sistemit se sa 15 gjyqtar apo prokuror qe jane te implikuar ne korrupsion,te ndikuar ne vendimarrje nga autocensura, nga frika e politikaneve dhe partive ne vendimarrje.Apo edhe te pa afte profesionalisht.Besoj ato qe pret publiku por edhe qe nderkombetaret synojne, nuk eshte raprezalja ndaj njerzve te ndershem dhe kopetent ne sistemin e drejtesise.Ta vene bythen ne kongjill disa gazetar apo politikan qe i kundervihen ne thelb R.D une nuk i besoj.Por qe edhe Z.Rama remon si urithi per ta degjeneruar R.D edhe per kete nuk kam pik dyshimi.
