German fashion house Hugo Boss TM Management GMBH has filed a complaint in the Administrative Court of Tirana against the General Directorate of Brands and Patents. The German fashion house jas asked the court to annul the registration of brand number AL/T/2015 of Italian company “Andrea Bossi”.

“Andrea Bossi” has requested the registration of its brand of clothes, shoes and hats. According to the Directorate of Brands and Patents, it is represented in Albania by Ardit Loloçi.

The European giant has sued the Albanian authorities for the registration of the Italian brand, accusing them of abuse with the Hugo Boss brand in Albania.
