The Albanian Institute of Public Health (ISHP) has reported 17 new cases of coronavirus in the last 24 hours in the country, bringing the total to 400.

So far, “22 citizens have lost the battle with COVID-19, despite the extraordinary efforts of the medical staff. 23 other patients have received a clean bill, bringing the total number of the recovered persons to 154”.

The Albanian capital Tirana has 9 new cases, followed by Fier with 6, Elbasan and Shkodra with 1 each. In total, Tirana has the highest number of cases, 190, followed by Durrës with 38 and Fier 32.
