Former President of Albania Bujar Nishani has made a visit in the seat of the Democratic Party today at 9:30, sources told Syri.net.

Nishani was received by Democratic Party chairman Lulzim Basha in a meeting that lasted 30 minutes. The motive of the visit of the former President remains unknown.

Before being elected President of the Republic in 2008, Nishani held important posts in the Democratic Party and Sali Berisha’s government. In his appearances before the media, Nishani never hid the wish to return to the active political life and should that happen it would be only in the Democratic Party, where he was a member since 1991.

It’s  not know whether Basha and Nishani talked about his return in the Democrat leading structures, but his visit in the Blue seat could be the beginning of something really interesting.
