The physician Erion Dasho has unveiled another scandal related to the protection of doctors from Covid, claiming that the Ministry of Health has delivered only one mask in month for each doctor in the health centers.

Speaking in an interview in “Me Xhaxhiun” in Fax News TV, Dasho said the situation in Albania is more serious than in Africa, because doctors have been left exposed to infection.

“Until October and November, I have accurate data on the number of masks the Ministry of Health has delivered to the doctors of a health center. It is one mask per month. It must be two masks per day. This makes the situation in Albania more serious than in Africa”, Dasho said.

“The doctors’ protection in the hospitals has failed and if there is an epidemic outbreak in the Tirana University Hospital Center it means the system has collapsed. There are infected doctors and 28 have died. We are a European country with a ruined health system, but still, we have a system and should have made it work”.
