Democratic Party Chairman Sali Berisha made some very serious accusations against the Socialist Mayor of Kamza, Rakip Suli, saying he used serial killer Dan Hutra to buy votes and intimidate the opposition voters.

Berisha read the message sent to him by a citizen that tipped the former Prime Minister of the incidents.

“The infamous women killer Dan Hutra was employed in the Kamza’s water supply department in exchange of collecting votes for (Mayor) Rakip Suli”, said the message to Berisha.

“The women killer robbed homes at night and threatened Democrats with their lives at day to stop them from casting their votes”.

“After the murders of the women, Rakip Suli made Dan Hutra’s file disappear. There is evidence and testimonies that Dan Hutra led one of the main gangs of collecting votes for Rakip Suli”.
