Freedom Party Chairman Ilir Meta met Democratic Party Chairman Sali Berisha to coordinate the program for the weeks leading to the mayoral elections. Both parties will run within the coalition Together We Win and the Freedom Party is supporting the Democrat Belind Këlliçi as the mayoral candidate for Tirana.

“We coordinated on the agenda for the coming weeks. Our candidates do not represent merely the Together We Win coalition, they represent much more. Our coalition is much broader than a political opposition. Only punishment through the votes will give the Renaissance candidates the opportunity to take their party back from the Mjaftists (members of the Mjaft organization led by Tirana’s Mayor Erion Veliaj)”, said Meta
