Democratic Party Chairman Sali Berisha repeated today Albanian Premier Edi Rama is holding hostage Enkelejd Alibeaj and Lulzim Basha through their dossiers.

“Lulzim Basha is a hostage of his old file of laundering $700,000. You heard the report, they have nothing to do with the Democratic Party, they are all Basha's transactions. CIA reports say it's Russian money”, Berisha said in his weekly press conference.

“Enkelejd Alibeaj hid his criminal brother, who was arrested for armed kidnapping in EU countries and whose whereabouts are unknown today. He shares secrets with Edi Rama. That is why he is Rama’s hostage. He couldn’t have been elected MP and his partner could have not been appointed to the court on account of these criminal records”.
