The leader of the opposition, Sali Berisha, published his open letter for the owners of the two largest social platforms, Facebook and Twitter.

In his letter to Mark Zuckerberg and Elon Musk, Berisha calls on them to stop Prime Minister Edi Rama's digital terror against the public administration.

I call on @MarkZuckerberg, #ElonMusk, and other media platforms to take away access to Edi Rama’s government because of the practice of abusing their global platforms. The recent example of using an app to control and terrorize ordinary employees calls for an intervention. The right to use such media should be canceled until this infamous citizen’s control application, called Akt1vist, is removed.

In defense of Albanian citizens, the Democratic Party will consider an international process against Edi Rama for this matter.

This is terror, this is a shame, this is depersonalization.

The Albanian government employees are monitored and lose their job if they don’t like Rama’s and his minister’s post on social media.
