Democratic Party Chairman Sali Berisha has appealed to Albanian citizens for a rally outside the Ministry of the Interior to protest against the murder of citizen Lear Kurti, 32, beaten to death in a police precinct in the Albanian capital Tirana.

Berisha shared the message of the organizers of the protest.

“Tonight, at 20:00, let’s rally in protest outside the Ministry of the Interior. Tonight’s protest comes with the moto: ‘The cup is full! Enough with injustice! Stop executing Albanians”.

The protest is organized by Albanian youth two days after Kurti died at the hands of police.
