Other details have been known for the detention of the minister of Environment Lefter Koka’s brother Leonards in the Durrës Police. The later claim Leonard Koka was taken into custody because the car he was driving had no documents.

The police had told another version earlier, saying the car had dark window tinting. Koka claims he showed them the permit for the dark window tint and after that the police accused him of having no papers of the car.

Another version to be rejected, since the pictures show the car documents very clearly.

It’s a mystery  why all of a sudden Rama is becoming aggressive and blackmailing the known characters of LSI, where minister Koka comes from.
