Albanian President Ilir Meta sent a short and clear message to Premier Edi Rama while the latter was still addressing to the Socialist Party Congress.

“Very soon the truth will crush the barn of corruption and the coop of lies”, Meta wrote on his Facebook page.

Meta also explained to the citizens why he will hold a press conference later on Saturday.

“Dear citizens, out of respect for you but also for the delegates of the Socialist Party congress, because of the slanders programmed from the criminal organization of the waste incinerators, today afternoon I will hold a press conference where I will be open to any question”, Meta said.

"Because of the censorship in several media that are funded with the incinerators money, I invite you to follow me live on my official Facebook page”.
