Albanian President Ilir Meta returned to the parliament for revision the bill on the Budget 2022. On the President’s judgment, the budget in its entirety is an antisocial financial plan.

“It lacks transparence in relations to expenditures and fiscal policies”, Meta argued.

“It presents very concerning problematic in relation to the public debt level, its use, and economic effect. It lacks real support for the economy sectors, especially for the agriculture”.

The Albanian President also wrote the budget package lacks the necessary support for the social classes in need of therapy for Covid-19 which have been treated outside the hospital system.
