The Albanian parliament has postponed the session where it was expected to discuss and vote the draft of changes to the Electoral Code, prepared by the ruling Socialist Party.

The parliament’s chairmanship announced that the chairpersons of the opposition parliamentary groups had deposited a request to remove it from the agenda. The draft will be discussed and voted on October 5.
