Albanian Premier Edi Rama openly ridiculed the parliament today by ignoring the interpellation requested by the opposition deputies for the case of Alvin Berisha, the Albanian kid, 10, that has been stuck in an ISIS fighter camp in Syria.

The opposition MPs called Rama in the capacity of the Minister for Foreign Affairs, but like never before in the parliamentary history in Albania, Rama decided not to go to face the deputies and send the minister for the relations with the parliament, Elisa Spiropali.
