Edi Rama’s speech inviting the opposition “to make the electoral reform” for him to pass it later in the monist parliament is deeply unacceptable.
At least for me it is, I don’t know for the Opposition.
I belong to the idea the country needs a radical reformation of the political system where the electoral system is the first that must be modified.
Not the (Electoral) Code, but the whole electoral system must change.
But, first of all, the country needs a pluralist parliament. This is the task number one for the politics. The rest will follow.
As for the creation of a pluralist parliament, this Electoral Code is inadequate. Its unilateral modification would mark the beginning of a dangerous clash.
This is why there is only one service for the good of the state, public and democracy in the country:
The Prime Minister should decide the date he thinks is best for the parliamentary elections.
That’s all! Everything else is rubbish!

O krasasi tp? Boll se na cave trapin. Je bere teper i neveritshem duke dhene mend per cdo gje qe shkruhet ne kete portal.
Krasasi tp,sikur nuk te shkon roli i nje dadoje.Shkruaj dhe fol,per aq sa din,mos iu fut tymnajave qe nuk ja ke idene.Me pare shikoji,lexoji te gjitha propozimet qe jane bere ne Parlamentin,kur ishte normal,dhe qe nuk ja ka fershelluar asnjeri.
Pra ju jeni per ndryshim te sistemit zgjedhor.Por, a nuk ishte parlamenti pluralist, para djegjes se mendateve?.Pse nuk mblidhej komisioni per reformen zgjedhore?.Mazhoranca ja kish lene ne dore lapsin dhe fleten ne tavoline ta shkruante ,e mazhoranca te votonte.Por kuptohet qe as mazhorances dhe as opozites nuk i leverdiste asnje ndryshim.Meqe opozita u vetedogj,parlamenti eshte sot pluralist, te pakten sa per te votuar reformen per sistemin zgjedhor.Nese votohet me 100 deputet kjo reforme qe ju sic thoni e deshironi, a do ta konsideronit futjen e depteteve te rinj te opozites ne parlament, si nje te keqe te domosdoshme, qe prodhoj nje produkt qe te gjithe e deshironin, por asnje nuk levizte para.Ja pra pse E.R ua fut derrin mac te gjitheve.Ai shume reforma si do, si interesojne as tij dhe as PS, por eshte kaq i me mend ne koke, qe mos ta krruj me shume nga ç'duhet.
