Rexhep Rraja, the arrested son of the Socialist MP Rrahman Rraja, threatened his victim Xhisiela Maloku he would only wound, not kill her, as he wanted her to suffer. Rraja’s threats to the victim have been revealed as the Prosecution of Kruja has presented the detailed testimony of Maloku that showed the violence she experienced at the hands of her former boyfriend.

According to the testimony, Rraja has persecuted her continuously and they met in a hotel after several phone calls from Rexhep Rraja. She told how the 24-year-old man threatened her with his gun and broke her cellphone. At the hotel room, he kicked her saying “I won’t kill you, I will wound you… I want you to suffer, not die immediately”.
