“Like never before in the history of this country, the public administration was transformed into a politic police of the electoral process”, said Berisha.

“In blatant violation of the law, hundreds of employees of the municipalities were appointed as elections commissioners that would count the votes for their mayors. It is forbidden by the law”.

“Never in the history of this country has the state administration taken such a criminal attitude towards the election process”.
