Democratic Party Chairman Sali Berisha accused the Socialist majority of leaving the citizens in oblivion during the floods caused by the recent rainfalls. Speaking from party headquarters in Tirana, Berisha said Albanian Premier Edi Rama is the country’s biggest disaster, blaming his government’s inaction for the situation created by the floods.

“The Albanian citizens do not exist for this government or they exist only to be stolen. I’d like to condemn once again the irresponsibility for the situation and underline that the biggest disaster is not the national one but Edi Rama’s government’s attitude during the disaster”, said Berisha.
