Socialist Party MP, also a former coordinator for the party in the county of Elbasan, has been under surveillance from the Prosecution Office of Elbasan.

The surveillance of the Socialist MP Balla lasted only two days after the massacre of February 3, 2016 in an armed conflict between gangs.

It is revealed that Balla’s phone has been tapped for 46 hours and 50 minutes with a warrant signed by Judge Zamira Vyshka.

The police investigation over the incident that left three persons dead and seven wounded put tens of other persons under surveillance and had their phones tapped, included MP Balla’s.

The request for Balla’s wiretapping was made by officers Edvin Ndreu and Eduard Hasani. Due to the gravity of the incident, the warrant was issued in a hurry and the phones were tapped, but Balla’s phone tapping lasted only two days.

After two days of surveillance, the same two police officers requested from the Prosecution Office to exclude Balla’s phone from the tapping.

At Prosecution’s request, Judge Zamira Vyshka decided the elimination of the recorded conversations of 46 hours and 50 minutes.

Judge’s rule erased every recorded conversation from the prosecution for Taulant Balla.

Strange is the fact that despite his number is given in its entirety, only the first name, Taulant, is written in the generalities. For that name spoke during his trial the defendant Ardian Çapja, who requested from the prosecution to investigate a politician named Taulant. /Ora News/
