The Parliament passes the laws of the Judiciary Reform

The parliament has passed today the laws of the Judiciary Reform, after reaching the quorum of 84 votes. The opposition continues its boycott of the parliamentary sessions and goes on with the protest in front of the Prime Minister’s office.

The majority passed the following bills:

“For the witness and justice collaborators protection”, approved with 86 votes.

“The Code of the Criminal Proceedings of the Republic of Albania”, approved with 88 votes.

“The Criminal Code of the Republic of Albania”, approved with 88 votes.

“The Judiciary Code for Minors”, approved with 88 votes.

“The Code of Civil Proceedings of the Republic of Albania”, approved with 88 votes.

The parliament approved the law “For the organization and function of the administrative court and judging the administrative cases” and “For the organization and function of the Ministry of Justice”.
