Deputy Chairman of the Socialist Movement for Integration (LSI) and former Minister of Health Petrit Vasili has accused the Albanian government of irresponsibility in coping with the Covid pandemic and said the citizens are at the mercy of fate and propaganda.

Vasili wrote Omicron has alarmed Europe, but in Albania only 1150 persons are tested every day.

“This is serious irresponsibility”, Vasili wrote on his Facebook page. “This is hiding the truth, hiding the reality”.

“Instead of multiplying the tests as the situation demands, they minimize them scandalously. This means the government has left the citizens totally at the mercy of fate. This means that all the government says is only propaganda and it assumes no responsibility. Enough with Bolshevik propagandistic limericks and imaginary achievements because people are getting slaughtered mentally and economically”!
